In February 1939, Crown Prince Faisal of Saudi Arabia, who was Foreign Minister of his country at the time and later ruled as King from 1964 to 1975, visited the U.K. to attend the Palestine Conference in London. During his visit he came to the Woking Mosque, a report of which was published in The Islamic Review, May 1939 on pages 162–164.
